Filament Choir Gigs
March 29th: Centre 151, 12pm: Pho Club.
The choir will be singing at this friendly gathering open to all Hackney residents aged 55 or over. The set will include new pieces which the choir have been working on this term and some old favourites!
April 30th: Wilton’s Music Hall, On the Origin of the Pieces.
Filament Choir are back with Steve Pretty for a live recording of his podcast, which explores music’s origins, its evolution, and its impact on our lives. Steve will be joined by a number of special guests for a musical variety show and one of the musical happenings will be Filament Choir’s collaboration with the Hackney World Music Big Band. It promises to be a musical evening not to be missed. Tickets are available here
July 13th: Hoxton Hall: A summer celebration
Join Filament Choir, Islington Community Choir and Woven Gold for a summer celebration of songs from around the globe. More information available soon.
